Cinnamon pancakes ๐ฅ
It's suddenly cold and it's already November..!
I was craving something full of cinnamon,
so I made these simply with the pancake mix I had.
When plain pancakes feel a bit boring,
try these, covered in sweet cinnamon!

Instructions:
- Mix 60 g butter, 60 g brown sugar and 5 g cinnamon and put it in a piping bag. Melt the butter briefly in the microwave before mixing.
- Mix 150 ml milk, 1 egg and 250 g pancake mix.
- Mix 3 tbsp icing sugar, 1 tbsp milk and 1 tbsp cream cheese and put it in a piping bag โ that's your sugar glaze!
- Pour the batter into an evenly oiled pan over low heat and pipe the cinnamon mixture on top.
- Flip when bubbles appear.
- Pipe plenty of glaze over the finished pancakes.
