A mushroom tip I learned from a lady at the supermarket!

You know that nutty mushroom taste

from the free samples at the supermarket?!

Seasoned salt, a little beaten egg, then golden in sesame oil,

it's seriously amazing,,

Today I used those mushrooms

to make a Tartine Sesame Country sandwich!

Nutty sourdough full of sesame and black sesame,

with melted cheese,

mushrooms and onions piled high, need I say more,,

This combination is so good🧀

Ingredients:

Sprinkle the mushrooms generously with seasoned salt, add a little beaten egg and mix well.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté the mushrooms until golden.
Sauté the onion with a little salt, pepper and balsamic.
Cut a slice of Tartine Sesame Country in half and put cheese between the halves.
Heat olive oil in a pan and toast the bread until golden and the cheese melts.
Pile the mushrooms and onion on one side, close it up, cut in half and you're done!
