Ingredients: cream cheese

Melon sando 🍈 for when you want bread packed with cream 🍈🤍

Today I made a melon sando for the first time!

Maybe because the melon was perfectly ripe and sweet,

it went so well with the soft cream,,

Fruit sandos look easy,

but they're surprisingly tricky when you try.

Buying one might be easier… haha

but whenever there's good fruit in the fridge, I keep making them 🤎

Ingredients:

Peel and deseed the melon and cut it into bite-size pieces.
Whip cream with sugar, skimmed milk powder and mascarpone (or cream cheese) until stiff.
Spread a generous layer of cream on one slice of bread.
Add the melon and fill every gap with plenty of cream.
Cover with another slice and wrap tightly in cling film.
Chill in the fridge until firm, then cut in half — done! 🍈
