Instructions:
- Whip 200 ml cream with 4 spoons sugar, then add about 1/4 tub of cream cheese and whip again.
- Trim the crusts off the bread, spread with cream, add the figs and cover completely with more cream.
- Wrap tightly in cling film and cut in half — done!
