If you like cheese and eggs, you really, really have to try this!!!

I kept seeing foreign reels of boiled eggs crisped on cheese,

so I made it, and it's really, really delicious!!!

On golden toasted sourdough,

with basil tomato jam and avocado,

it's a perfect match,, 💚💛❤️

Ingredients:

Boil the eggs for 13 minutes, cool in cold water and peel.
Toast the sourdough golden in olive oil.
Spread lots of cheese in a pan over low heat, place the halved eggs on top and cook until crisp and golden.
Spread basil tomato jam on the sourdough, add mashed avocado and pepper, and top with the crispy cheese eggs — done!
