Adding Kaviari brie to tartare sauce
makes it nuttier and much richer ✨
If you like salmon, I highly recommend it!
Ingredients:

Instructions:
- Finely chop onion, pickles and jalapeños and mix with 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tbsp honey, a little lemon juice, 1 tbsp Kaviari brie and 0.5 tbsp wholegrain mustard.
- Fry the salmon golden in olive oil, seasoned with salt and pepper!
- Spread a little Kaviari brie on warm sourdough, add arugula, the salmon, the sauce and dill, and close — done!
