Frying the mushrooms in Lukt truffle butter
really brings out the truffle aroma and flavour 🤎
Ricotta, which goes so well with mushrooms,
and cheddar too..! Another delicious combination today!

Instructions:
- Fry the mushrooms in Lukt truffle butter, then add salt, pepper and balsamic.
- Spread plenty of Galbani whole-milk ricotta on sourdough.
- Add the mushrooms and cheddar and warm briefly in the microwave or air fryer, just until the cheese melts — done!
