Instructions:
- Halve the cherry tomatoes.
- For the dressing, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, honey, salt, pepper and truffle basil pesto.
- Add the tomatoes, mozzarella and basil leaves and pour over the dressing — done!
