No special ingredients needed, and so tasty that I make it all the time!
Ingredients:

Instructions:
- Mash boiled eggs and mix with mayonnaise, wholegrain mustard and sugar.
- Spread arugula pesto on both halves of the ciabatta and add the egg mayo — done.
