Instructions:
- Halve the ciabatta and toast it in the oven.
- Fry oyster mushrooms in a pan with pepper and salt, then add olive oil and balsamic and fry a little more.
- Spread basil pesto on the toasted bread, add plenty of ricotta, then the mushrooms, and close — done.
