I made this after watching Wooreonni's YouTube, and it's so good
that I always make it when I want something fresh!
At the E-mart cheese corner
Brimi mozzarella happened to be on sale,
so I bought some and made this for breakfast 🧀
Ingredients:

Instructions:
- Halve the cherry tomatoes and fresh mozzarella and mix with salt, pepper, white balsamic, olive oil, honey and parsley.
- Halve a toasted baguette, hollow it out, spread plenty of basil pesto on both sides, fill with the tomatoes and cheese and cut in half — done!
