Instructions:
- Halve the baguette and soak it in a mix of milk, 2 spoons brown sugar, 1 spoon cinnamon and 2 eggs.
- Fry the bacon golden on both sides; when it's nearly done, sprinkle with a little sugar and pepper.
- Fry the soaked baguette until golden.
- Plate the baguette, top with plenty of Greek yogurt and the bacon, scatter over crushed nuts, dust with icing sugar and finish with maple syrup — done!
