I made a fresh cherry tomato sandwich!
I had leftover arugula and jambon in the fridge,
plus cherry tomatoes, so it used them all up 😎
Tomatoes taste so good like this!
It's lovely just as a salad too 🍅
Ingredients:

Instructions:
- Halve the ciabatta, spread with basil pesto, add colby jack and bake in the oven.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes into bite-size pieces and mix with 2 rounds of olive oil, 1 spoon white balsamic, oregano, pepper and 1 spoon honey.
- Lay jambon on the toasted bread, add arugula and the tomatoes, close and cut — done!
