Sweet chive bagel ๐
My all-time favourite bagel โ
I whipped one up quickly!
If you fry the bacon and then the chives briefly,
the chive flavour comes alive and it's even better!
Ingredients:

Instructions:
- Halve the bagel and warm it briefly in the oven.
- Finely chop the chives and cut 3 strips of bacon small.
- Fry the bacon first, then add the chives at the end and fry just briefly.
- Mix a tub of cream cheese with the bacon, chives and 2 spoons of stevia (or oligosaccharide syrup or honey).
- Spread plenty on the toasted bagel and press more chives onto the sides โ done!
