Fig and burrata ✨

A fancy dessert you can make so easily at home 🫶🏻

Instructions:
- Wash the figs and cut them in half.
- Heat a pan, melt butter and sprinkle in sugar.
- Cook the figs golden on both sides. They're ready when they've lost some moisture and the sugar has caramelised.
- Put the burrata on a plate, add the roasted figs, and finish with salt, pepper and olive oil!
