Crème Brûlée French Toast

Instructions:

1. 1.Cut the bread thick and mix eggs, milk, sugar, salt and a little vanilla extract.
2. 2.Strain the egg mixture once, soak the bread, and make the custard cream.
3. 3.Mix 3 Excellent ice cream bars with 2 egg yolks,
4. 4.and simmer slowly over low heat. Once it thickens, turn off the heat and let it cool.
5. 5.Toast the bread golden in butter.
6. 6.Top the French toast with the custard, sprinkle with lots of sugar and torch it — done.
