Can't resist another trend,, I made Couque d'Asse ice cream!
A strawberry version packed with strawberries,
and a sando version with green grapes and mango!
They're delicious made like fruit sandos too 🍓🍇

Instructions:
- Whip 400 ml cream with two spoons of sugar! Not too stiff — slightly runny, about the texture of yogurt, works well.
- Finely chop the strawberries and fold them into the cream.
- Line a container with cling film or foil, lay down Couque d'Asse biscuits, add the cream, top with more biscuits one by one and freeze for about a day — done!
