Egg & Ricotta Toast

Instructions:

1. 1.Mix Greek yogurt 1 and ricotta 2 with a little honey and lemon juice!
2. 2.Put it in a piping bag and pipe it onto golden toasted sourdough.
3. 3.Quarter soft-boiled eggs and place them on one by one, garnish with pepper, crushed red pepper and chervil (or parsley), and grate over some lemon zest — done!
