The Reuben I always make when I have pastrami ๐ค
That saltiness is so good ๐ฅน
Chipotle sauce is best, but I didn't have any,
so I used mayo + sriracha on one side and mustard on the other!
This combination is really good too.

Instructions:
- Spread mayo + sriracha on one slice of sourdough and mustard on the other.
- Fold two slices of cheese on top and pile on the pastrami.
- Add a little sauerkraut to taste, two more slices of cheese, and close.
- Melt butter in a pan and fry golden on both sides โ done!!
