I went to a café recently
and loved their spinach sandwich,
so I made it at home!!
I had bacon and avocado too,
so I added them, and it's ridiculously good,,
Sprinkle on lots of Grana Padano and crushed red pepper
and dip in — it's incredible ❤️💚
Ingredients:

Instructions:
- Cook the bacon until golden.
- Fry the spinach over low heat until it just wilts, then add milk and cheese (season with salt and pepper!).
- Pile the spinach on sourdough and add the bacon and avocado.
- Sprinkle with plenty of Grana Padano and crushed red pepper — so good!!
