Finely chopped spring onion and jalapeño mixed into tuna
keeps it from feeling heavy and adds crunch!
A little jalapeño tomato jam on top at the end makes it so good,,
Ingredients:

Instructions:
- Finely chop spring onion and jalapeño and mix with tuna, mayonnaise, wholegrain mustard, pepper and a little honey.
- Halve the baguette and melt a slice of cheese inside.
- Fill with lots of tuna and top with jalapeño tomato jam — done!
