I was thinking of poffertjes from a café I used to love, so I made some!
Poffertjes should be puffy,
but I don't have the pan,, so flat will have to do..!
Do you use water or milk in pancake batter?
I think I usually use milk,
but today I used water as the recipe said,
and it felt a bit different 🤔
