Coleslaw Sandwich

Instructions:

1. 1.Shred the cabbage and carrot and salt them with 1 spoon of salt. Squeeze out the water, add shredded apple, 1 spoon lemon juice, 1 spoon white vinegar (any vinegar works), 1 spoon wholegrain mustard and 2 spoons mayonnaise and mix well.
2. 2.Lightly toast the bread in the oven, slice it open, fill with coleslaw, sandwich ham and sliced mozzarella and colby jack, then cut in half — done!
