Apple & Brie Sandwich

Instructions:

1. 1.Cut the baguette and warm it briefly in the oven; meanwhile slice the apple thinly and cut the brie.
2. 2.For the sauce, mix 1 spoon mustard and 1 spoon mayonnaise and spread it on the baguette.
3. 3.Add arugula, the apple and cheese, and drizzle with honey — done!
